Dan’s image Revealed and his series It’s a Matter of Time, currently featured in 2950’s Evanescent Earth exhibition, received recent recognition including an Honorable Mention in the Praxis Gallery landscapes exhibition for Revealed and a Bronze Award in the Tokyo International Foto Awards for It’s a Matter of Time.

Dan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management Science from St. Bonaventure University. Following a 33-year career at Xerox—where he held leadership roles including VP of Sales and Marketing - Dan is now an instructor at Chicago Photography Classes and volunteers with FreshLens Chicago, a nonprofit providing free photography and life skills programs for under-resourced youth. In 2025, Dan was honored with the FreshLens Chicago “Lens of Hope” Award for his volunteer efforts and support of the organization.
